The appraiser said that countertops, fresh paint, flooring and fixtures are the most powerful ways to get a solid return on investment.
For this particular North Raleigh home, Heidi was able to list for $25,000 over what other real estate agents suggested listing the home for and gave the sellers a to-do list to stretch their take home profits at closing. The very happy sellers have officially closed on their home AND with no repairs requested from the buyers.
